What does this mean for you?
When you “Post a Job” in Build My Team, you can add requirements like NAICS codes, certifications, or vehicles, among other criteria including keywords. Here is an example:
You would like to go after an advertising opportunity that focuses on social media. You can create a job post with the relevant NAICS code. In this case, let’s use 541890 – Other Services Related to Advertising. To narrow down your search, you can enter the keyword “social media” and BC2Match will search members and return matches. After you review the results, you can contact each contractor directly to start a discussion.
How can BC2Match members be found?
BC2Match uses 12 criteria to match members with opportunities. The same criteria are also used when members are searching for qualified partners. BC2Match members need to fill out the Keyword criteria for two reasons:
- This helps BC2Match focus on unique federal, state, and local opportunities
- BC2Match members will show up in the results when another member is searching for a partner with specific requirements.
