8-15-26: BC2Match puts the details of expiring contracts right in your lap, months before the opportunity hits the street. USASpending.gov is the repository for awards data on all federal contracts. We’ve made that part of your regular services at the Platinum and Diamond levels.
Make sure your profile is set up with NAICS codes and keywords of the opportunities you are seeking. Then go to the Expiring Contracts function in BC2Match. Voila! All the contracts that match your criteria and will be expiring in the next 12-18 months will appear, with their expiration dates, contract PIID, agency buying office, procurement method, awardee and other valuable information.
Interested in priming the contract next time? Use the award date to see the value of the contract, who won it, and what office awarded it. Then get to work and establish a contact in the buying office to convince them that your past performance, unique skill sets and reliability will meet their needs. Be watching for the RFP to hit the street. Have your team already put together so you can quickly tweak the proposal to cover any changes in the RFP.
Interested in subbing or teaming? Reach out to the current contractor and inquire as to whether the contract will be recompeted and whether your company might sub or team on the next bid. Convince them that your past performance, unique skill sets and reliability will meet their needs and make the bid stronger.
